Travelzoo Wins 2017 Engage Award in the UK
Travelzoo, a global publisher of exclusive offers and experiences for members, won the ‘Best Use of Voice of the Customer’ award at the 2017 Engage Awards, which celebrate inspirational customer and employee engagement excellence. The award was received at a glittering ceremony in London, following the sixth Customer Engagement Summit, Europe’s highly regarded customer and employee engagement conference, held on 13th November and attended by more than 1,000 professionals.
This year Travelzoo was the only travel company to receive an award. Travelzoo was shortlisted for the ‘Best Use of Voice of the Customer’ award, along with Thames Water, Unicef UK, Royal London and the NHS England Patient Online team. This award goes to the organisation that has introduced an effective, sustainable and successful voice of customer programme that has improved its understanding and insight of customer behaviour and needs, and has used that programme to improve its customer-experience offering.
