Stagwell Group Acquires Forward3D Group

The Stagwell Group announced its affiliate has acquired Forward3D Group, a global performance marketing agency.

Forward3D Group is an award winning international performance marketing agency. The London based agency runs cutting edge digital marketing campaigns across search, content, display and social with industry-leading linguistics, data science and technology. Forward3D specializes in international, online direct response campaigns and market to over 100 territories with offices in Moscow, Dubai, Shanghai, Seoul, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Paris, Hamburg and New York.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Forward3D Group’s leadership team: Martin McNulty (CEO), Gary Reid (MD EMEA & APAC), Hannes Ben (Chief International Officer) and James Parr (CFO) will continue to manage agency operations.

This is the Stagwell Group‘s 16th investment in under two years. Also in the portfolio is media innovator MMI Agency, healthcare and consumer experts SCOUT, research leader Harris Insights & Analytics, performance marketing firm PMX Agency, creative digital leader Code and Theory, strategic communications agency SKDKnickerbocker, entertainment research innovator National Research Group (NRG), public relations firm Finn Partners, communications agency Wye Communications, digital advocacy shop Targeted Victory, creative advertising consultancy Wolfgang and technology innovator Stagwell Technologies.
