Deloitte Digital Wins Multiple Awards at Dreamforce 2017
Deloitte received top awards during the Dreamforce 2017 conference, including two Salesforce Partner Innovation Awards and an industry award. The annual Partner Innovation awards are given in recognition of the work performed by Salesforce Consulting Partners and the role they play in bringing innovation to life through mobile, desktop and social technologies, as well as their dedication to delivering customer success. Dreamforce 2017, the most inspiring technology event of the year and the world’s largest gathering of Trailblazers, marked Deloitte Digital’s biggest conference presence to date, with over 700 practitioners from 24 countries attending and the company’s exclusive presenting sponsorship of the Dreamforce Equality Summit.
Deloitte Digital has been recognized eight times since 2012 by Salesforce for the Partner Innovation Award. This year, Deloitte’s end-to-end CRM solution for Jaguar Land Rover of China won in the Automotive category, while its work for FCR Media, one of the largest digital marketing agencies in Belgium, won in the Sales Cloud category. For the first time this year, Deloitte Digital won a Bolty award for “Best Bolt for Financial Services” for the Deloitte Broker Bolt (Benefits Connect) offering.

Deloitte Digital’s work with Jaguar Land Rover is one of the first cloud-based marketing and Salesforce CPQ solutions to be implemented in mainland China. Utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, the work began by building a Campaign Management System to effectively deliver various touch points along the customer journey from prospect to owner – improving the efficiency, transparency and performance during the marketing campaigns operation. Deloitte Digital also provided Jaguar Land Rover with a Leads Management System, including text message integration, in order to communicate with customers in their preferred channel. This holistic, real-time leads generation integration enhanced the quality and quantity of leads for Jaguar Land Rover in only four months.

For FCR Media, Deloitte Digital built a complete core platform to transition the agency from a print directory into a complete digital solutions provider for Belgian businesses. Deloitte Digital increased FCR Media’s customer acquisition and satisfaction levels utilizing the full breadth of Salesforce capabilities, including marketing, sales and CPQ, billing and customer service. The project delivered significant business benefits reducing complexity and cost, and enabled the implementation of a customer centric business strategy and subscription based business model.
