Adestra awarded the Customer Focus Award

Adestra awarded the Customer Focus Award

Adestra, a leading provider of innovative marketing technology software and services, was again awarded the Customer Focus Award by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) at the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards ceremony.

The annual awards celebrate organisations that place customer service at the heart of their business strategy and build a sustainable culture around it. Adestra has been shortlisted for the award for five straight years, taking home the top honour in 2014 and again in 2017. This recognition for Adestra’s customer service comes shortly after the company was awarded Bronze in the 11th Annual Stevie Awards for Customer Service Department of the Year the week before and the Supplier of the Year Award by global B2B event organiser UBM in January.

“When we founded Adestra, we did so because we believed that marketing success takes more than just good technology; it needs great customer service to provide real value to customers. Winning both the Stevie Award and the ICS Customer Satisfaction Award less than a week apart is an incredible recognition of our dedication to ensuring that customer service remains at the heart of what we do as we develop our global business,” said Henry Hyder-Smith, CEO of Adestra.

The prestigious ICS award ceremony was attended by more than 750 business leaders, representing the 127 organisations and individuals who were shortlisted for the awards. Jo Causon, CEO of the Institute of Customer Service, stated:

“Customer satisfaction is increasing, but there is no room for complacency as customer demands continuously evolve. The key to success is for organisations to create a seamless experience for their customers, one which provides continuity in an increasingly disrupted world because by focusing on their overall experience, customers will be more likely to remain loyal and make positive recommendations.

“Those organisations recognised by the Customer Satisfaction Awards have gone above and beyond to achieve outstanding service, and offer a standard for companies and individuals across the UK to aim for over the coming year. I would like to congratulate every one of our winners – and all those who were shortlisted – and commend the excellent experience they are offering to their customers.”
