3C-Easy Announces Plans to Enter the US Market

3C-Easy, a leading mobile phone repair service supplier, has announced plans to enter the U.S. market in 2018. The company will setup brick and mortar stores in the US to bring its convenient online-to-offline service to American consumers. It will kick off its journey by bringing an all-new phone maintenance experience to the 2018 the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) at booth 35767-LVCC-South, Hall 4 from January 9 to 12 in Las Vegas.

Already a leader in the global phone repair service market with 10,000 stores spread across 2,500 cities in mainland China, Vietnam, Indonesia and Hong Kong, 3C-easy will open new stores in the U.S., Russia, Philippines and Thailand in 2018. The company believes that its business model can be adapted to the U.S. market and plans to test the waters there by first opening a storefront on Amazon.com. All 3C-Easy’s mobile phone service engineers are trained at its two factories in China, and must pass strict tests to provide standardized repair services with accredited components used in phones from leading brands including Apple, Samsung, Huawei, OPPO, Vivo and Xiaomi. Their skills will be on display at CES as the company will offer free battery charge and mobile phone screen protector installation services during the show at its booth.

“CES is the world’s biggest stage for innovative technologies and services, so there is no better place for 3C-Easy to introduce itself to the U.S. market,” said Wan Yong, CEO of 3C-Easy. “3C-Easy’s proactive service model, which covers all mainstream e-commerce platforms in China, solves consumers’ dilemma of choosing between expensive official after-sales services and uninsured third-party repairers. We’re eager to bring our hassle-free, reliable, safe and cost-efficient mobile phone repair experience to U.S. customers.”

In addition to its world-class people, 3C-Easy has one of the most advanced all-channel supply chain and marketing management systems that can round up orders and assign them to outlets based on the customers’ proximity. Customers can purchase batteries online and have them replaced in-store, or choose door-to-door service in more than 30 cities across China. It only takes 20 minutes to replace an iPhone battery using 3C-Easy’s service.

3C-Easy only purchases mobile phone components that have undergone multiple tests and trials. The components have IDs that match the mobile phone’s information and are guaranteed by a comprehensive after-service warranty.
